A Terrorist is…a Terrorist is.. A Terrorist is …..

How Ironic is it that the same Right Wing fools that want to organize a global crusade against Islamic Zealots have their own Bin Laden in Pat Robertson. Robertson is another gift from the Red State’s (Lyndon Johnson and the current Texan Nero, the 700 club etc….). Robertson and his gang of fools were instrumental in twice electing The Texan Nero, hence a powerful political force in the Republican Party who is controlling the US government at this time! Terrorists are terrorists no matter their race, religion, nationality or POLITICAL PARTY.

The Texan Nero and his gang of right wing zealots believe that they have the moral authority to lead the USA and more importantly the rest of world via their religious extremism, hence Islamic religious extremists are terrorists and we should sacrifice our young, as well as our treasure to defeat them because they are a global threat and not just a threat to the US alone! Red State fools are you ever going to wake up from your dream of making the rest of the world in your own image?? The world realizes that the Texan Nero’s power base is the American Religious Right mostly from the Red States. After all, Bush is in power because of the votes from Pat Robertson and his gang of Christian extremists!! How can Bush and the GOP think that they have the moral authority for their crusades in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine etc., when the very reason they are in power is because of your own HOME GROWN Religious Zealots. There is no difference between calling for the assassination of a democratically elected leader of a sovereign nation, and the funding and recruiting of people to kill thousands of innocents! Terrorism is terrorism no matter where it may come from! The rest of the world realizes this – do the Red State Bible Bangers? Obviously not. For Bush and the GOP to now try to distances themselves from these Christian Zealots is like Saudi Arabia distancing itself from Bin Laden and the 9/11 terrorists

GALLUP POLL:Bush popularity at all-time low.

Well are you Red State Jackasses experiencing a little buyer’s remorse now?? Yeah, kinda wished you had been a little better informed and believed a little less of the slop THE FOX NEWS CHANNEL and that junkie jackass Rush Limbaugh shoveled and you lapped up about this inarticulate half witted clown being the country’s Godly Savior.

Yep, only thing to do now is what those of us that had enough sense and intellect to vote against this lying NeoCon mouthpiece do …get used to it. Maybe now you have come to the realization that your fearless leader has no plan except helping his rich pals at the expense of the little guy, looking forward to that next bike ride and the next month long vacation on your dime. What gas prices?? What War?? Enjoy the next 31/2 years. They’re gonna be long ones.

The following is an OP/ED piece that says it all. I think a better title would be IRAQ: Rich Man's War, Poor Man's Fight.

Cause is not clear, but message is
Lucy Morales Harty
Fort Lauderdale August 23, 2005

What message is our president sending? While his war rages, he bikes around his ranch, ignoring the mother of a fallen soldier camped nearby. While he declares that Casey Sheehan's death was for a "noble cause," he has not made clear what that cause is. We are all entitled to know what is worth the killing and the dying. "Freedom" and "democracy" sound like empty slogans trumped up because the weapons were not found. If the cause is so noble, then surely Mr. Bush's twins would have joined the fight -- if they are the honorable and patriotic children of a father they trust unconditionally. The wealthy (Bush's base) have not sent their children to Iraq either. No, the truth is that Mr. Bush's war is being fought by the poor. The poor pay with their lives while the rich are not asked to make any sacrifice at all. In fact, while this costly war continues in its third year with no end in sight, the rich continue to receive huge tax breaks. And the companies closely associated with this administration -- Halliburton and Bechtel -- continue to make a killing (in more ways than one) from Iraq's devastation. Is Mr. Bush oblivious to the horror of his war? Does he not understand that hatred for Americans is growing exponentially with every innocent life destroyed? Does he not see that rather than being greeted as liberators, we're seen as the devil? Perhaps he does not. But the world clearly gets the message when they see that he won't even sacrifice a few minutes of his vacation time to talk to a grieving mother who lost her son in Iraq. The cause is not clear, but the message is: Mr. Bush is a man without conscience, remorse, or shame.

Here we go again!!!

Our fearless leader with sinking poll numbers and a bunch of peacenik left wing malcontents camped out across the street cutting into his 5 week slack fest in the intellectual wasteland of Crawford Texas has decided to take his snake oil side show of half truths and redundant lies on the road to once again justify the BS Iraq War to the Red State Rubes. And to encourage them and others to sacrifice their husbands and wives and sons and Daughters for cannon fodder to this misguided Vietnam in the sands. And of course the standard refrain being the road from all misfortune, stupidity and poor planning can be traced back to 911.

Plague of Locusts-911

Tire blows out on the bike during a ride with Lance Armstrong-911

Majority of Americans start to turn against the Iraq quagmire-911

Yeah ..Yeah.. Yeah.. Joe Six-pack and Suzie Housecoat have grown tired of the same old refrain as the body bags keep rolling into small town/Nowhere America and with no exit strategy in site. Even the pompous Edger Bergen to Bush’s Charlie McCarthy, Dick “Last Throes” Cheney has been summoned by the Rovian’s to paint the Peaceniks and those that question Bush’s quagmire with his unpatriotic brush as less than American and enablers of godless Jihadists. Sounds more like the standard “AMERICA LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT “ slop we heard from the Nixonians of the Vietnam era that would have us stay the course for a failed policy.

And now the Army tells us that we maybe in Iraq for another four years to come…GEE WHAT A SURPRISE. Well no amount of repeating the same lies is going to save this jackass and his Neocon Traveling sideshow of lies or is going to smooth over the public's anxiety over this Ill planned and executed monkey show of Death. Keep your eye on the polls as they continue to plummet…oh that’s right he and his party don’t put any credence into to the polls.

PREDICTION:Forces of politics, not warfare, will bring Iraq pullout by 2006
By E.W. Chamberlain III., E.W. Chamberlain III is a retired Army colonel

This prediction is eerily familiar to some of the things that have appeared on this site. Give it time it will all come to pass.
We will never win the War on Terrorism, unless we become wise and address the root causes of terrorism! The Texan Nero’s' simplistic conclusion that we can win the war on terrorism by invading any sovereign state that doesn't like us is bound to fail!

The Beginning of the End of The Iraq Debacle

Iraqis Fail to Meet Constitution Deadline

U.S. lowers sights on what can be achieved in Iraq

These two events not only mark more defeats for Bush, but also signal the beginning of the end of the Iraq Debacle. The tide is starting to go against Bush and his DO NOTHING/MAKE THE PROBLEM WORSE policies.

Face it, you Red State Clowns believed everything that this Administration spoon-fed you and you swallowed it without a question and it has all turned out to be a lie. The consequences of the failure to come in Iraq to the world and the USA will have to be dealt with for years if not decades to come.

I geuss when GOD was speaking to this Smirking Chimp he gave him some pretty bad advise..wouldn't you say?

Someone is getting rich and it's not The Red State Fools!

Are the flag waving Red State Rubes that put the Texan Nero in charge with their (our) money taking it in the wallet? - Someone is getting rich and it is not the Toothless Confederate flag waving pickup driving types. After all these Mullet sporting fools drive the most, hence pay the most at the pump! Yet they are still cheering on their Texas Nero! Let’s see, OPEC is getting richer, the Bush/Cheney Oil Goons are getting richer, and the Red State Fools along with the rest of us are getting poorer. Thank once again to our friends the Red State Fools! - Ask yourself, is Iraq about "the war on terror" or about "the war on your bank accounts” ?

Now that's what we come to blogs to see - good postings!I don't know if I can answer your question without a long drawn out and boring post. I blame Hussein for not following the post-Desert Storm UN edicts. The burden of proof was on him to prove that he wasn't developing WMDs, it wasn't on the UN to prove he did. But instead of providing documentation, verification and cooperation, he flaunted the requirements for almost a decade. After 9/11, we realized we had to be proactive - rather than reactive - to Middle East madmen. And when even an airplane can be a weapon of mass destruction . . . well, there isn't much room for error. I blame the UN - a group made-up largly of corrupt dictators for not possessing the moral standing to go after one of their one (how could they, really?)As for polls, I don't put much credence in the opinions of people obsessed with runaway brides and missing blondes. The media has about as much credibility in judging the current military situation as Chicken Little.I could go on and on, but what would be the point?

Joe,I'll be looking for your response to my answer, but after that I'll be going away for a while. Me and some of my buds from the Karl Rove Fan Club are gonna load up in my daddy's Hummer and take a road trip down to Crawford. We're staging a counter protest to Cindy Sheehan. What a disgrace that woman is! Her son was a grown man who gave "the last full measure of devotion" to his country and she is making a mockery of his decision to serve his country. She's an embarrassment to all military wives and mothers. Could you imagine a Gold Star mother during WWII behaving that way? Anyway, I've gotta get away from the liberal media for a while (that includes, as much as you would deny it, this site). We'll keep the radio tuned to Rush and Hannity the whole way down . . . sweet!

Some of those corrupt dictators that you speak of we call our friends i.e. Pakistan, Saudi Arabia etc. that we of course hold to a different standard than other dictators. Also, until the early ‘90s Saddamy was our pal and we supplied him with the stuff that he needed to kill his own people, as well as, our enemy Iran all under the Reagan/Bush administrations.

I think that the onus was on Bush to prove all that we went to war for and to give adequate support and send enough troops there to do the job right. He has failed on all these counts.

You may not care about what the polls say but your pal Bush does otherwise he would not have made a statement about Sheehan and the war yesterday. Also, those clowns that for the most part follow the runaway bride and that other worthless Pop culture slop is for the most part his base.

As far as her being a disgrace, don’t confuse this conflict with WW2 as then we were attacked and on this one we attacked Iraq that posed no threat to us and during WW2 the population was firmly behind the war. In WW2 everyone had someone they knew that was serving. This conflict is very different. How many people do you and your young pals know that is serving? Have you ever lost someone in your family in a military action? Have you even had someone in your family serve? I love these jackass pundits who pass judgment on this woman. None of these gutless right wing mouthpieces served, O’Reilly (the sexual harasser), Limbaugh (the Junkie), Hannity etc. all gutless chicken hawks like Bush and Co. dodged the draft in Vietnam and didn’t stand to fight godless communist menace. This is how the anti war movement gained momentum during the Vietnam era. Is everyone that lost someone and also served and now against the war also a disgrace? The American people have heard enough. Action will be the only thing that matters to them now.

Mark my words when the next terror strike comes the draft will be reactivated and you and your pals are gonna be asked to put your money where your mouth is. Then we’ll see where everyone stands. Also, that yours and the pundits actions will be for naught as the more you smear this woman and the others that follow her the more the Anti war movement will gain momentum. Bush has lost the majority of Americans. This whole thing is going to tear this great country apart.

Good luck paying for the gas in that Hummer. It’s good thing Bush passed that worthless energy bill. Enjoy the heat!

Bush: Leaving Iraq Would Be a Bad Move

I hate it admit it but this time the Shrub has it right. We have to stay.

Too bad he did take more time to plan this MISADVENTURE better at the start. Maybe he should have listened to Colin Powell who warned him that this was folly at the outset. Maybe he should have listened to Brent Scowcroft. Either way this war has ruined Iraq and all that Colin Powell warned Bush that would happen has. We now find Iraq with a domestic and foreign insurgency that seeks to kill as many Americans as possible and to push the country into civil war, our forces caught in a quagmire and the American death toll mounting. With our military stretched to the brink, as it is Bush sees no need for more troops in either Iraq or Afghanistan.

Brent Scowcroft, national security adviser to President George HW Bush warned Chimpus Maximus that going into Iraq would be a mistake and also stated “.. the central point is that any campaign against Iraq, whatever the strategy, cost and risks, is certain to divert us for some indefinite period from our war on terrorism” and that has also proved to be true. As Bin Laden is still on the loose, Al Qaeda has grown in strength and for the most part, outside of Kabul, Afghanistan is a lawless Narco Republic ruled by warlords. Also, U.S. State Dept. studies have shown that under Bush’s cowboy like foreign policy Terrorism has increased exponentially.

As Iraq edges closer to civil war the Iraqi Government is still attempting to come up with a constitution that everyone can agree on. Today a leading Senior Shia leader suggested that there be an autonomous Shia state. The Kurds for the most part already are free and autonomous as a people in the north. The Sunnis, however, know that if this happens that they will be screwed out of any oil revenue and would be under the heel of the majority Shia so they want no part of it. It would appear that forcing a democracy on a region that has known nothing but tyrannical subjugation for millennia is proving harder than Bush and his Neocon handlers anticipated. If Iraq is allowed to fall into civil war the entire Middle East could be destabilized.

The Iranians, another large Shia runned state right next door, are thumbing their noses at the West as they restart their nuclear program. It’s not too hard to foresee a large part of Iraq siding with the Iranians if the whole of Iraq fell into anarchy. If this happened it would thus form an “Islamic Super State” with eventual nuclear capability. With Israel, who has nuclear capability, on the same block feeling threatened how long will it be before they jump into the fray?

As the anti war movement gains momentum and more and more of the American people turn against Bush and his war, Bush will feel the tremendous pressure to do something. But What? The people have grown tired of his “Aw Shucks folksy” same old empty lines and the stay the course RAP .The people want action. The people want action, but with no plan, Bush is in a helluva fix and this time around his Daddy and his connections can’t bail him out of this one.
With Iraq near civil war, the American death toll rising and dissention against the war at a state of almost Critical Mass the country will truly be torn apart by what the lies and half-truths of this “Great Uniter” and his incompetent administration have wrought.

So as my illiterate and uninformed Red State friends would say “it ain’t a pretty picture”. And that is the cue to all the supporters of this GODLY SIMPLETON to come up with an answer, because it is readily apparent that your Fearless leader doesn’t have one.

Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.

Hermann Goering (NAZI)

How will the Right smear this woman and all those that will most definitely follow her? As the Bush Administration continues to lose support for the Iraq War from the average American is it only a matter of time before the majority of Americans are labeled UNPATRIOTIC and UNAMERICAN??

American Idiots are those who proudly vote against their own economic interests

Listen up you proud Red State fools! - Stand Tall and be proud knowing that your Texan Nero just performed another wealth redistribution on you. While you were mindlessly cheering on waving your flags at your Texan Nero, he just gave $13 billion of your hard earned tax dollars to his Oil cronies who are making record profits while gouging you at the pump! So let me get this straight, while you were ranting and raving about the Godless, Socialist Democrats bent on distributing your wealth to the lazy poor, your Nero just redistributed your wealth to himself and his oil pals! So now you can be proud knowing that you are voting against your own economic self interest! Your Republican party knows that the Red States are the "the land of milk and honey" and oh yea fools! But they sure are proud of you!

THE REPUBLICAN ATTACK MACHINE IS ACTIVATED against the mother of a U.S. soldier killed in BUSH's "CLUSTER".

Once again we see the hand of Evil Incarnate himself ie Karl Rove in this. This poor woman gave here son for this BS war and now questions it and thus the Republican Attack Machine has been activated and turned in her direction. Like all others that question Bush’s devious motives these Gutless Chicken Hawks will seek to marginalize her and paint her as being a KOOK and less of an American. These Bastards have no shame. I think on this one they’ll lose, because right about now the Red State Rubes are coming to the realization they’ve been had by this inarticulate clown and the corporate masters that hold his leash. May god Bless America, but may he also DAMN the entire Bush Administration.
Bush Signs Massive Energy Bill Into Law that provides billions of dollars in tax subsidies to energy companies, yet does little quickly to ease gas prices or lower America's reliance on foreign oil. While Oil hits new highs and the little guy continues to pay the price.

Mom of Deceased GI Seeks Meeting With Bush

Our SLACKER IN CHIEF is unable to find time during his month long vacation and two hour a day work outs on the US Publics dollar to meet with the Mother of a dead Iraqi service man and explain to her why her son was good enough to serve and make the ultimate sacrifice and the BUSH TWINS aren’t. Let me guess she has been relegated to the realm of the UNPATRIOTIC with the rest of us that question Bush’s BS war.

Is it "War on Terror or is it "Global Struggle Against Violent Extremism"?

Oh no poor Nero is confused! I guess the name changes will convince all those Red State YAHOOS that we are making progress! Funny thing, polls show that the Texan Nero is losing support but then again I am sure the Red State fools that put him in office will never admit that they have buyer’s remorse! - Or do they? - As they say, "fool me once shame on you and fool me twice shame on me" Well, you Red State fools - you got fooled twice!!!! - It's too late! The damage is done. There is no doubt that you will be fooled "thrice" Do you have enough guts to admit it and retire the Republican fools in 2006! - I think NOT! After all you knew what you were getting!

Novak cracks under the pressure and uses less than "MORAL VALUES" type language. CNN puts him on Ice indefinitely.

Maybe THE FOX NEWS CHANNEL needs another right wing Republican robot to mouth Murdoch's mindless reactionary SLOP.

Four More U.S. Service Members Die in Iraq

Have no fear dear fellow Americans these minor setbacks on the FRONT LINE on the War On Terror won’t have any effect on our fearless Lying Leader’s month long vacation. If as Bush states “service in the military is an honorable endeavor” then why haven’t the Bush twins signed up and shipped out yet given the insurgency is in its “LAST THROES” as Cheney would have us believe? What’s the problem isn’t there another “Champagne” cush unit for them to serve in like the old man did during Vietnam or can’t they keep their noses out of the BAG either?

Oh that's right... I almost forgot...it's a "RICH MAN'S WAR, POOR MAN'S FIGHT"

Wednesday, August 03, 2005

Yep, while you, me and everyone else that is too poor for a tax cut are busting our collective asses.. just to get by, our fearless leader is taking yet another vacation, this one lasting 5 weeks. Unfortunately, our brave men and women that are fighting Bush’s wars get no day off from getting their asses shot at and shot off.

Truly a common man, a man of the people...yeah right.

The hollow triumph of the Bush machine

You feel good Red State fools, your Texan Nero is playing his air guitar with the same one dimensional skills but changing his tunes to make you feel better about his accomplishments. His misguided political machine will fool you once again into believing that they have used their political capital and benefitted you.

Polish PM: Post-war Iraq plan a failure

So much for "the coalition of the willing"
